Actualización de la información del registro sanitario . Durante la vigencia del Registro Sanitario, el titular está en la obligación de actualizar la información cuando se produzcan cambios en la información inicialmente presentada.

Parágrafo

Para el cumplimiento del presente artículo el Invima establecerá un formulario único de actualización de la información del Registro Sanitario.
