Se entiende por Servicios a la Carga, el manejo u operación siguiente a la estiba o desestiba, como complemento de esta última operación para trasladar la carga de la bodega del barco a tierra o K viceversa (se entiende por tierra, inclusive el caso de cargue o descargue a/o de vehículos de transporte). Igualmente el manejo terrestre de la carga (cargue y descargue), la utilización de las facilidades portuarias por, parte de la carga y el servicio de seguridad portuaria.
