Si el Juez es competente para conocer del juicio, debe además comisionar a los Jueces de aquellos lugares en donde existan bienes o papeles de la sucesión, para que practiquen las correspondientes diligencias.

Si no lo es, debe remitir inmediatamente lo actuado al que lo sea.
