ARTICULO 36. Se aplicaran al proceso contravencional las normas sobre pruebas contenidas en el Libro Primero, Parte Primera del Código Contencioso Administrativo (Decreto 01 de 1984), y las que lo modifiquen o adicionen, en cuanto no se opongan a las previsiones de este Decreto o a las disposiciones que con él se reglamentan.
