Mientras se procede a la construcción del edificio propio para dicha Escuela, obra para cuya ejecución se autoriza ampliamente al Gobierno, éste procederá a tomar en arrendamiento la edificación que para servicio educacionista ha construido el Vicariato Apostólico en el barrio "Cubaradó" de dicha ciudad, o cualquier otra que a su juicio reúna las condiciones para la prestación de este servicio.
