Si el demandante pide más delo que se le debe, el Juez sólo le declara el derecho a lo que pruebe que se le adeuda; y lo condena a pagar al demandado las costas que éste haya tenido que hacer por razón del exceso en la demanda, a menos que acredite el demandante un justo motivo de error.
