En los juicios ejecutivos de menor cuantía se seguirá la tramitación indicada en los artículos de este Título, con las modificaciones siguientes:

Los términos legales serán reducidos a la mitad, elevando a enteros las fracciones que resulten, salvo los de distancia, los de anuncios para remate, y el que se señale para el pago del precio del remate cuando esto se verifica ante Juez comisionado.
