º. El Banco de la República, en su carácter de administrador del Fondo Financiero Forestal, abrirá una cuenta especial para atender el servicio de amortización, pago de intereses y demás gastos de emisión y de colocación de los "Bonos Forestales". A dicha cuenta especial ingresarán los recursos contemplados por el artículo 3° de la Ley 26 de 1977.
