Notificación de demanda. En las demandas que se ventilan ante las jurisdicciones ordinaria, laboral y contencioso administrativo, que interesen, al ramo de Defensa, la admisión de la misma deberá ser notificada personalmente al Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa, quien en dicho acto, podrá constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público
