º. Quejas y reclamos. En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el Decreto-ley 1122 de 1999, el Director Ejecutivo podrá crear un grupo interno de trabajo que tramite las peticiones, quejas y reclamos. El coordinador del grupo de trabajo garantizará, que las solicitudes que los usuarios presenten ante la Comisión, se atiendan con celeridad sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
