Si el delincuente sordomudo o cretino es mayor de catorce años y menor de veintiuno, y se demuestra que procedió con discernimiento, se le aplicarán las reglas estatuídas para los demás menores; pero si no se diere esta prueba, se procederá como se ordena en elArtículo anterior.
