Articulo 12. Del Comité de Personal Profesional . El Comité de Personal Profesional estará integrado por el Director o su delegado, los Subdirectores, un representante del personal técnico-científico elegido por los mismos en votación universal y secreta, un representante de la Junta Directiva del Instituto y el Jefe de Personal quien actuará como Secretario. El funcionamiento interno del Comité será reglamentado por la Junta Directiva del Instituto:
