Subsidio Familiar. Para los efectos del reconocimiento de subsidio familiar de que trata el artículo 49 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, es necesario:

Solicitud escrita formulada por el interesado, siguiendo el conducto regular, al Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, secretaría General del Ministerio de Defensa, Comando de Fuerza o Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, según el caso.

Acompañar la mencionada solicitud, los soportes del cónyuge o compañero permanente, o el nacimiento de cada uno de los hijos, según el caso.
