Adiciónese Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 374 Del Decreto 390 De 2016, El Cual Quedará Así: “ Parágrafo 2°

Decreto 349 de 2018 · por el cual se modifican los Decretos 2685 de 1999 y 390 de 2016 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo

al artículo 374 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 2

Los patrones, instrumentos de medición, materiales de referencia e ítems de ensayo de aptitud, utilizados por el Instituto Nacional de Metrología de Colombia, podrán salir temporalmente del territorio aduanero nacional como equipaje acompañado y posteriormente podrán reimportarse en las condiciones que establezca la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), debiendo el viajero presentar la respectiva autorización expedida por el citado Instituto”.
