Las Cámaras de Riesgo Central de Contraparte constituidas de conformidad con la Ley 964 de 2005, vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, para efectos tributarios y en relación con las operaciones en las que se constituyan como contraparte central se regirán en razón de su actividad por los principios de neutralidad y transparencia tributaria.
