º . Modifícase el artículo 2 º del Decreto 1773 de 2004, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 2 º . Duración del proceso de liquidación y terminación de la existencia legal de la entidad. Vencido el término de liquidación señalado o declarada la terminación del proceso liquidatorio con anterioridad a la finalización de dicho plazo, terminará para todos los efectos la existencia jurídica de la Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Santa Marta - Telesantamarta S. A. ESP en Liquidación".
