ARTICULO 470 . Nombramiento de acusador . Cuando la Cámara de Representantes resuelva hacer uso de la facultad de acusar a algún servidor público, elegirá por mayoría absoluta de votos a uno de sus miembros para que, en calidad de acusador, formule y sostenga la acusación ante el Senado. El Presidente de la Cámara de Representantes comunicará al Senado la decisión de acusación y el nombramiento del acusador.
