Las disposiciones de la Ley 45 de 1923 y de la Ley 105 de 1927 , sobre establecimientos bancarios y compañías de seguros, y las que las adicionan y reforman, son aplicables a las sociedades de capitalización en cuanto fueren pertinentes y no sean contrarias a los preceptos de la presente Ley.
