° En cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 1° de la Ley 15 del año en curso, y en vista de la comunicación que la Junta Directiva del Ferrocarril del Pacífico ha dirigido al Ministerio del Tesoro, en la cual manifiesta que la cantidad de $ 300,000 en vales del Tesoro que la citada Ley faculta al Gobierno para dar préstamo a la expresada Junta, le sea entregada al Gerente del Ferrocarril, señor General Alfredo Vásquez Cobo, la Tesorería General de la República pondrá a disposición de éste los $ 300,000 en vales del Tesoro; entrega que se efectuará sin más formalidad que la del recibo suscrito por el Gerente dicho.
