Los individuos de tropa, aparte de sus raciones diarias de actividad recibirán auxilios de marcha, á razón de treinta centavos por legua, en los casos siguientes : 1.° Cuando se separen del servicio por inválidos ó inútiles y regresen á su domicilio; 2.° Cuando enfermen durante las marchas ó sufran alguna imposibilidad para continuar el viaje á pie ; y 3.° Cuando hallándose en servicio activo salgan de los Hospitales, y necesiten, por indicación del médico, mudar de temperamento.
