Destínase para el cumplimiento de esta Ley hasta la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($5.000), que se incluirán en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. Si no fuere incluida esta partida, el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir los créditos a que aseguren su pronto cumplimiento.
