Articulo 7º El Jefe de la División de Coordinación de los FER actuará como secretario técnico de las reuniones de Delegados y como tal elaborará las actas y vigilará el cumplimiento de las recomendaciones que se formulen y que sean aceptadas por el Ministro de Educación.
