- Subsidio familiar

A partir del segundo semestre de mil novecientos sesenta y ocho (1968) el subsidio familiar será equivalente a la suma de treinta pesos ($30.oo) por cada hijo sin que el total sobrepase de ciento veinte pesos ($120.oo) mensuales para cada empleado oficial con derecho al mencionado subsidio.

La limitación cuantitativa señalada en el inciso anterior no se aplica a los empleados que venían percibiendo por el citado concepto una suma superior a dicho límite, con anterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto 3135 de 1968, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1o. del Decreto Reglamentario 448 de 1969.
