Las obligaciones en moneda extranjera que no correspondan a operaciones de cambio exterior y que se originen con posterioridad a este Decreto, se pagarán en moneda legal colombiana a la tasa del mercado de capitales vigente en la fecha en que fueren contraídas. Esta norma se aplicará también a las obligaciones que se originaron durante la vigencia del Decreto 2867 de 1966.
