DE LOS PROGRAMAS DE PREVENCION, TRATAMIENTO Y REHABILITACION. El Ministerio de Salud incluirá dentro de sus programas la prestación de servicios de prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación de farmacodependientes. Trimestralmente, el citado Ministerio enviará al Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes estadísticas sobre el número de personas que dichos centros han atendido en el país.
