Artículo Cuarto. Para la obtención de la licencia de Exportación son requisitos indispensables, además de los señalados en este Decreto, los siguientes

Constitución del depósito o garantía que determine la Oficina de Control de Cambios.

Certificación de haber efectuado en la Administración de Hacienda Nacional el pago de impuesto de que trata el artículo tercero del Decreto Legislativo 1421 del 26 de abril de 1950.

Visto bueno del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería, división de ganadería.
