En los juicios a que se refiere el presente Decreto, no son admisibles tercerías. No obstante, los acreedores del deudor ejecutado podrán pedir al juez que ordene al funcionario ejecutor que el remanente, una vez satisfechos los créditos a favor del Estado, sea depositado a órdenes del juzgado que sigue la otra ejecución.
