Para las licitaciones que haga el Departamento de Provisiones de conformidad con el artículo 21 del Código Fiscal, podrá prescindirse de la publicación de cargos en el Diario Oficial. Bastará para ello la fijación de avisos en parejas públicos o en períodos diez días antes de aquél en que haya de tener lugar de licitación.
