Hasta tanto se expida la ley ordinaria que regule la carrera judicial y establezca el régimen para las situaciones laborales administrativas de los funcionarios y empleados judiciales, continuarán vigentes, en lo pertinente el Decreto-ley 052 de 1987 y Decreto 1660 de 1978, siempre que sus (las) disposiciones (que) no sean contrarias a la Constitución Política y a la presente ley.
