Ley 96 de 1985 · por la cual se modifican las Leyes 28 de 1979 y 85 de 1981, el Código Contencioso Administrativo, se otorgan unas facultades extraordinarias y se dictan otras disposiciones.

amends ley 85/81

y 2º. del artículo 6º. de la Ley 85 de 1981 se refunden en un solo inciso que quedará así:

"El proceso de la votación es el siguiente: el Presidente del jurado le exigirá al ciudadano la cédula de ciudadanía, la examinará, verificará su identidad y buscará el número de la cédula en la lista de sufragantes. Si figurare, le permitirá depositar el voto y registrará que el ciudadano ha votado. Este registro se efectuará de acuerdo con las instrucciones que imparta la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil a los Jurados".
