°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer criterios a partir de los cuales el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, bajo el principio de colaboración armónica con las entidades del sector minero energético, identificará, delimitará y declarará, mediante acto administrativo motivado, reservas de recursos naturales de carácter temporal, de conformidad con los fines del artículo 47 del Decreto Ley 2811 de 1974, como zonas de protección y desarrollo de los recursos naturales renovables y del ambiente, de manera que contribuyan al ordenamiento minero ambiental.
