Las sumas que actualmente están en poder de la Junta Nacional del Acueducto del puerto de Tumaco, y cuyo total no alcanza a tres mil pesos, pasarán, una vez sancionada esta ley, a la Junta de Beneficencia del Hospital San Andres de dicho puerto, con el fin de mejorar los servicios de asistencia social de aquel instituto.
