Para los efectos del artículo 40 de Ley 9º de 1989, a solicitud de la entidad que adelante el proyecto de renovación urbana, el Instituto de Crédito Territorial certificará tanto el área de una solución mínima dentro del municipio respectivo, como el costo y las condiciones de financiación vigentes en el mismo municipio para la vivienda popular o de interés social.
