Si el dueño del terrero no se presentare después de notificado debidamente a comprobar su derecho y practicar la inspección ocular de que trata el artículo 1 de este Decreto, ó no nombrare en oportunidad perito avaluador que le corresponde nombrar, según el artículo 2, se entenderá que conviene en ceder la zona sin indemnización alguna.
