º El empleado o funcionario público que expidiere un certificado falso, siempre que se comprobare ese hecho, pagará una multa igual a diez (10) veces el valor del pasaje o pasajes y franquicias que se hayan otorgado en virtud del certificado expedido por él, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales en que pueda incurrir, multa que también ingresará a la caja del respectivo ferrocarril. Comuníquese y publíquese.
