El Acuerdo número 21 de 1964 (febrero 3), del Consejo Intendencial de San Andrés y Providencia, quedará así: "ACUERDO NUMERO 21 DE 19641 (Febrero 3) Por el cual se fijan los cargos, las asignaciones civiles y los gastos de representación del personal de empleados de la Intendencia Nacional de San Andrés y Providencia, El Consejo Intendencial de San Andrés y Providencia, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, en especial de las que, le confieren la Ley 2ª de 1943 y sus Decretos reglamentarios números 2451 de 1943 y, 3272 de 1963, ACUERDA:
