° Los docentes que se hallen en las categorías tercera y cuarta del antiguo escalafón, quedarán asimilados a las categorías A y B, transitorias, del nuevo escalafón y permanecerán en ellas por un tiempo máximo de seis (6) años durante los cuales deben hacer los estudios correspondientes para obtener el grado de maestro.
