Adicionase Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 5

Decreto 1019 de 2014 · por el cual se modifica el Título 3 del Libro 2 de la Parte 5 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010 en lo relacionado con el Segundo Mercado y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo

al artículo 5.2.4.1.1 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Para efectos de actualización del Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores (RNVE), los emisores que hagan parte del Segundo Mercado, solo estarán obligados a dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo 5.2.3.1.9 de este decreto, salvo que se trate de emisores que hayan emitido valores en el mercado principal, para lo cual deberán seguir cumpliendo con las obligaciones establecidas en el presente Título, además de aquellas especiales para la emisión realizada en el Segundo Mercado.
