Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la publicación de este Decreto, deberán ser adicionados o modificados los contratos vigentes, con el fin de adecuarlos a las nuevas disposiciones. Cumplido lo anterior, los contratos se presentarán al Ministerio de Salud para su revisión. Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes el Ministerio aprobará o rechazará el contrato.
