Declárase igualmente exentos del pago de derechos de aduana, los materiales de construcción, teja metálica, cerraduras, cemento, barnices y demás artículos necesarios o útiles que se introduzcan para la erección y ornamentación de los hospitales públicos de caridad, así como las drogas, vendajes, anestésicos e instrumentos de cirugía que tengan la misma inconfundible destinación.
