ARTICULO 9 . Del régimen Prestacional. A los funcionarios y empleados contemplados en este Decreto les serán aplicables las disposiciones legales en materia de régimen prestacional y demás derechos y prerrogativas laborales establecidas para los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Judicial.

Parágrafo

A los Magistrados de la Corte Constitucional les serán aplicables, además, las disposiciones del régimen especial de los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. TITULO QUINTO. DISPOSICIONES FINALES.
