Las controversias que versen sobre los derechos consagrados en los artículo 739, inciso 2º, 2330, 2331, 2332, 2416 y 2421, incisos 2º y 3º del Código Civil, tramitarán por la vía sumaria prescrita en el Titulo XII, Libro II, del Código Judicial, que por esta Ley vuelve a entrar en vigencia, y sin perjuicio de la vía ordinaria cuando hubiere lugar a ella.
