Artículo séptimo. Las entidades que con posterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto 444 de 1967 hayan efectuado pagos en moneda extranjera por concepto de las obligaciones contempladas en el presente Decreto, sin recibir la diferencia de cambio en él prevista, tendrán derecho al reembolso de ella previa demostración de tal hecho y cumplimiento de los requisitos que quedan señalados.
