Adiciónese el artículo 3º del Decreto 4758 de 2005 con el siguiente inciso: "En caso de que, por condiciones del mercado, los portafolios del Fonpet no produzcan rendimientos financieros durante un (1) trimestre, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá acordar con los administradores una revisión del mecanismo de remuneración previsto en los contratos".
