Las tierras adjudicables se someterán a todas las servidumbres que sean necesarias para el desarrollo de los terrenos adyacentes.

Recíprocamente, las tierras aledañas que continúen siendo del dominio del estado se someterán a las servidumbres indispensables para el beneficio de los terrenos de las comunidades, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente.
