Art. 3º. Los médicos extranjeros que no queden comprendidos dentro de las disposiciones de los artículos anteriores pueden adquirir la autorización para ejercer la profesión de médico y cirujano, sometiéndose a un examen que reglamentará oportunamente el Consejo Directivo de la Facultad de Medicina de Bogotá.
