º Cuando la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales encuentre que una empresa que pagó con "TDP's" no cumple con los requisitos legales establecidos en este Decreto, dispondrá las medidas tendientes a hacer exigible en forma inmediata el pago total de la obligación.
