Los dineros provenientes de las regalías petrolíferas de que trata el artículo anterior, serán entregados al Ministerio de Obras Públicas y con destino exclusivo a la construcción de las carreteras Mocoa-Pitalito y Mocoa-Yunguillo-San Francisco, ramales que se adelantarán simultáneamente por dicho Ministerio, con iguales apropiaciones.
