° Un ejemplar del Diario Oficial en donde aparezca publicado el proyecto de Acto legistativo, debidamente autenticado, se anexará al expediente, luego de lo cual se devolverá a la honorable Cámara de Representantes, con el fin de que se surtan los trámites previstos en el artículo 218 de la Constitucion Política.
