Remisión normativa . En lo no previsto en el presente Decreto se aplicarán las normas pertinentes al proceso de toma de posesión y liquidación forzosa administrativa para entidades financieras previstas en el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y en especial lo establecido en la Ley 510 de 1999, el Decreto 2418 del 30 de noviembre de 1999, así como lo previsto en las disposiciones que las adicionen o modifiquen.
